These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shophalago.com and any products, services, events, experiences, or other offerings provided by HALAGO LLC (“HALAGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, participating in a HALAGO experience, or otherwise using our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. Eligibility and Use of Our Services
By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the Services with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use our website or Services to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation or security of our website, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
2. Products and Product Information
HALAGO offers jewelry, charms, accessories, gifts, customized pieces, and related products and experiences.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, natural material variations, or other factors.
Because some HALAGO pieces are assembled or customized individually, minor variations may occur between pieces. These variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, collections, designs, packaging, or other offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Customized and Personalized Pieces
Certain HALAGO products are assembled, customized, personalized, or created according to selections made by the customer.
You are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming your purchase.
Once customization or assembly has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized and personalized pieces are generally final sale and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
This includes pieces assembled using charms, chains, components, or other elements selected by the customer, whether purchased online or created during a HALAGO event or experience.
Final-sale status does not limit any rights that may apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise subject to protections required by applicable law.
4. HALAGO Experiences and Events
HALAGO may offer in-person or private experiences, pop-ups, Charm Parties, workshops, activations, and other events.
Additional terms, pricing, minimum purchase requirements, deposits, cancellation policies, guest requirements, or other conditions may apply to particular experiences.
When additional terms are provided for an event or experience, those terms become part of your agreement with HALAGO for that specific service.
Pieces assembled or customized during a HALAGO experience based on customer selections are considered customized products and are generally final sale.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and other offers may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, or typographical errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, or other charges will be displayed when applicable during checkout.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, cancel, or limit an order, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or product information errors
- Inventory discrepancies
- Payment authorization issues
- Technical errors
- Suspected resale or misuse
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to process your order.
7. Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.
Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
HALAGO does not generally receive or store complete payment card information.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at halagollc@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, assembly, or customization.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once customization or assembly has begun.
9. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside HALAGO’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
Where local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for collecting their orders according to the instructions provided.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, and final-sale products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, giveaways, and promotional codes may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
- Promotional codes have no cash value
- Promotions may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law
HALAGO reserves the right to reject or cancel the unauthorized or fraudulent use of promotional offers.
12. Gift Cards
HALAGO gift cards, when available, may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable unless sufficient information is available to verify the original purchase and replacement is permitted by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
The content and materials associated with HALAGO, including our name, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product photography, website design, text, product descriptions, illustrations, and original creative materials, are owned by or licensed to HALAGO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or use HALAGO content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Use of our website does not grant you ownership of or a license to our intellectual property except for the limited right to access the website for personal, non-commercial use.
14. Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments, or other content to HALAGO, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
We may use feedback you voluntarily provide to improve our products and Services.
We will not claim ownership of your personal photographs solely because they are submitted in connection with a customer service request.
Any separate use of customer-created content for advertising or promotional purposes may be subject to additional permission or terms where appropriate.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain integrations or links to third-party websites, payment services, social media platforms, or other services that HALAGO does not control.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available Services, but we do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.
Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when appropriate.

You may not use our Services to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HALAGO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or Services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, HALAGO’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold HALAGO LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from HALAGO’s own conduct or where such limitation is prohibited by law.
